Beginners Workout

Beginners should start with this routine.
This routine is short and sweet.  It's streamlined and stripped of unnecessary exercises.  It works all the major muscle groups in your entire body using variations of the most basic and highly effective exercises. Plus, it only takes about 15-20 minutes total to complete.
