Mind Body Training System Overview
The full body workouts form the backbone of the program. They deliver the best results in the shortest time
There are three main full body routines: beginners, intermediate and advanced. In each level there are also progressive phases that help you work toward and transition smoothly into the next advanced level.
If you're just starting out, or haven't exercised in a while, then start with the beginners full body routine. If you've been exercising then you may try starting with the intermediate workout.
Workouts and their exercises are structured in a progressive manner You can start out as a beginner and progress through the different phases and levels at your own pace.
How do you know when to progress? Once you can complete the maximum number of reps in the recommended set and rep range for each exercise, and you feel like you could do two more reps on the last set with good form, then it's time to move onto the next level.
There are multiple bonus programs included. These bonus programs help you target specific areas that you want to concentrate on. There are a number of ways to add in bonus programs. The easiest and perhaps the best way is to Workout 3 times per week or every other day. Pick one area you want to concentrate on and alternate a full body routine with the bonus program every other workout.
Ordering and Combining Workouts and Other Prograsm
Interval training and stretching routines can be added at the end of almost any workout. The full body warm up can also be added to the beginning of almost any workout.
Full body workouts should be performed 2-3 times per week with a day of rest in between, or every other day. Unless they're being alternated with a bonus workout.
Interval training can be performed up to 5 times per week. It can be done on full body workout days. It can be done in between workout days, and it can be done on consecutive days.
Stretching and. warm up routine can be done daily,
The visualization exercise can also be done daily.
Nutrition should be combined with every exercise program for best results.
Additional notes on how to perform and combine programs are also within the programs themselves. This is an overview to help mentally reinforce different aspects of the training system.
